Set image to overprint

I am looking for a way to set an image to "overprint" an underlying color.

This is a common practice in packaging design.

Are you talking about 'trapping'? This deals with the possible mis-registration of the printing press. To the best of my knowledge there is no way to do this in the Affinity apps.
