After update my Graphic Drivers Affinity Designer preview lost performance

Recommended Posts

My graphic hardware is an Intel integrated HD Graphics 520.

This has a recent update (30.0.100.9684), and after the update the affinity designer preview have a long delay to respond to my commands...

I already changed the performance settings and take it back too, but nothing works...

Hello @Bruno Lira and welcome to the forums.

Did you initiate the update yourself or was it an optional Windows update?

I have two solutions you should try.

The first is to disable hardware acceleration in Designer under Settings --> performance.

If this does not have the desired effect, solution two follows.

Uninstall the Intel graphics drivers using the Dislplay Driver Uninstaller and reinstall the graphics drivers.

Download DDU
Scroll down to and click on the text link (not the yellow button!).
