Bruno Lira
My graphic hardware is an Intel integrated HD Graphics 520. This has a recent update (30.0.100.9684), and after the update the affinity designer preview have a long delay to respond to my commands... I already changed the performance settings and take it back too, but nothing works... 2021-07-17 04-10-24.mkv Edited July 17, 2021 by Bruno Lira
Komatös
Hello @Bruno Lira and welcome to the forums. Did you initiate the update yourself or was it an optional Windows update? I have two solutions you should try. The first is to disable hardware acceleration in Designer under Settings --> performance. If this does not have the desired effect, solution two follows. Uninstall the Intel graphics drivers using the Dislplay Driver Uninstaller and reinstall the graphics drivers. Bruno Lira
@Komatös Thank you. I tried to disable the hardware acceleration, but it didn't work... I installed the previous version (27.20.100.94666) of the drivers, now it's working well.
