Petar Petrenko Posted July 16, 2021 Share Posted July 16, 2021 Hi, I created a 10 pages blank document in which I want to place only 3 pages (1st, 3rd, 6th) from a PDF file that has much more. I can put only the first one which can be replaced with another one when I click on a "Spread" dropdown list (which is active when the page is selected) shown on the control bar. I have to repeat the process as many times as I have pages to be placed. Do I miss something? An "option" button with choices would be fine where you can enter the range of pages you want and: "continuous" option if you want selected range to be one after another, or "corresponding pages" where pages 1, 3 and 6 would be placed on pages 1, 3 and 6 on the Publisher document leaving the rest of the document unchanged. Then Copy the layer, and Paste it onto each page where you need it. On each page where you have Pasted it, you then select the page you want.
