Affinity Photo: Changing font size of all layers in a group in one go

Recommended Posts

Hello,

Is it possible to select a group (containing layers of different kinds, including curves and text layers), and set the font size of all the layers in this group in one go, without needing to select singly the text layers? I can't figure out how to do this..

Thanks !

You have to select all layers inside the group, go to Character panel and change the font size. Please note: You have to select the single layers of the group and not the layer (possibly called) group and you can only set one font size for all text layers. Unfortunately percentage won't work here.

Thanks for your reply Joachim, but my question is whether this can be done without needing to select the single layers, but rather by selecting the whole group? (Selecting the single layers can be very cumbersome if there are lots of layers in the group, and some are in sub-groups, etc...) Thanks !

Shrink your view so all the document is shown on screen

Use the Move Tool and with the CTRL key held down marque select all objects on the document

Then use the Character panel to adjust the font size

It does if all existing font sizes are the same value to start with
