Mock up generator not working properly on Affinity Photos

Hello Affinity community, I use the same mock up creator Creatsy. Creatsy has the best mock generator from what I have experienced. However, one of their mock up generator doesn't work on Affinity photos.

For instance, the Frame Canvas Wrap mock up works perfectly fine on the Affinity photo software, but the Canvas Wrap mockup does work at all. The pictures I attached are the canvas wrap that are coming out broken.

I have enabled the "import PSD text as text rather than bitmap" and "import PSD smart objects where possible"

Is there something else that I need to enable as well in order for the Canvas Wrap to work?

Hey Zachia Johnson-Moses,

It sounds like we don't interpret what I'm assuming are PSD smart objects from Creatsy. Can you share one of the files with us?

Hello Chris, I would like to share the files. Although, I believe there are some regulations and licenses agreement to sharing a file with other parties. I will have to ask the support at Creatsy to see if I can share my files with you, or just buy another one.

Ah, I didn't want to cause any bother - but ideally we need to see exactly what's inside the files you're opening so we can debug what's happening. I can ask the developers if they have any ideas. They might already be aware of this. I'll check with them and get back to you.

I spoke with them and they have asked for a file to debug. I suspect it's just a smart object that we don't fully understand yet. Does it load into Affinity as an embedded document? If it does, it likely is a smart object. There's a few Photoshop ones that cause issues because we cannot properly interpret them yet.

Hello Chris, thanks for letting me know. If does load to into Affinity as an embedded document. Will Affinity update their software to have some of other mock up generators to work?

Potentially it will. Though I'm not sure if this is a case of something that should work but doesn't or if it's just a missing feature needing implementation. If you were allowed to privately share the .afphoto file with the embedded document it might help us—though I understand your reservations if there's licensing issues.

Hello Chris, did you move it under 30 x 15 or under backgrounds?
