youssefsem
Hi, I'm new to affinity designer. I imported a .ai file containing big letters. Now I want to make the lines thinner but I can't because there are actually 2 lines that are filled (so reducing the stroke width doesn't work). Is there a simple way to reduce for example to space between those 2 lines? Regards,
firstdefence
Welcome to the forum @youssefsem The text has been imported as curves which means they have a fill and a stroke making them a shape. You can manually edit the outer nodes to make the shape appear thinner or try using the contour tool. https://affinity.help/designer/English.lproj/pages/Tools/tools_contour.html https://affinity.help/designer/English.lproj/pages/CurvesShapes/contouringShapes.html youssefsem 1 Quote iMac 27" 2019 Somona 14.3.1, iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more...
