Publisher Crashes on Alt-Drag page to duplicate an existing page

Publisher crashes when using alt-drag to duplicate an existing page. Had created a document that somehow managed to have 3 master page layers. It always crashed when I alt-dragged the page. 

After lots of tries I nailed it down to the page having a single master page layer in it causing the crash.

Since that probably should never happen anyways its not that big of a deal. Still I've included the offending layer, since it definitely should not crash 😁

We saw this in the past, but could never re-create the issue. Can you remember how you created that file in the first place?
