Hi @Darwin Lau and welcome!

The blend mode on the outline Effect for your text has been set to Soft Light:

One way to improve the result would be to change the blend mode to Normal:

(I don't have the font you've used but the results should be the same.)

Although that gets rid of the fading, it also noticeably flattens the outline:

Try Multiply Blend mode

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI.
