Hi Good day! Please someone help me, all my affinity application is not responding after opening new document I am new in this product and I don't know how to fix it. I've search a lot about this problem and nothing has the same problem as mine. Thanks for your help. My OS is Windows 10 x64 with 24GB ram.

Hello  @Jay IT, and welcome to the forums.

It is not clear whether your problem is in Creating a document (as in the Title) or Opening a document (as in the text). Are you using File > New to create a new document, or using File > Open to open an existing document (or are you dragging a file into the workspace, or double-clicking on a file icon)?

@Jay IT. Will Affinity behave if you use File > Open to open an existing document?

I don't think that I can cure your problem myself, but the more information you give, the more likely it is that others can help you.

@John Rostron. Also opening an existing file the affinity will hang up until it will not respond, I can't completely use it. I tried Uninstall and Installing still the problems occur. I will provide photos or videos if you want.

Hi Jay,

Just to confirm can you not open any pre existing documents at all does the app always hang and then crash? If so please could you tell me which version number of the app you are using and if you have tried reinstalling your GPU drivers? Please could you also try opening the app with the ctrl key held down and when the reset menu appears hit clear to see if this solves your issue?
