I Found 2 GUI bug in Designer, and it's probably related to GPU/OpenCL.

BUG 1 - GUI disappear when hovering

When I open Designer, this is what happen when I hover on the menu bar

Menu item disappears when mouse hovers on it, and unable to click.
But I am able to execute the function using keyboard, by arrow keys and enter key.

Why do I suspect that the bug is related to GPU or OpenCL?

When I use Nvidia Geforce Experience to optimize the program

It fixed the problem momentarily, GUI works find and I am able to drag the window wherever I want without crash.

But this is not permanent fix, all bug are back after opened new document.

Have you perhaps installed one of the third-party programmes mentioned here?
Here specifically ASUS Sonic / ASUS GPU Tweak III / MSI Nahemic

I also recommend updating the drivers for the iGPU.
