Hi everyone, today I fired up Photo to work on an image, and the whole program is suddenly glitching terribly. Icons and menu items are disappearing, buttons are glitching into rainbow-colored icons, it's just unusable. I tried a reset and it didn't do anything. My computer has not updated anything and a full restart did not solve the problem. Is it something I just need to uninstall the program and try again? Thank you for any help you could provide.

I would start by closely examining the list of 3rd-party programs that cause problems:

Yeah, sadly I do not have any of the listed programs installed. I even uninstalled the program with Revo Uninstaller to get rid of all left behinds, then ran CCleaner to make sure everything was gone, then a restart. Reinstalled it, and it was still glitching, so I think I may have to do a PC reset.
