phoenixjen Posted July 10, 2021 Posted July 10, 2021 I have had this happen before but not sure how I got it to work. I have a sword that I added to the file. I am trying to get it to work as an SVG in Design Space for Cricut. The first file is with the sword in a layer and the sword is a curve. This will upload to Cricut in the second picture all wonky. The third picture is me changing the sword to a group and then trying that. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? THANK YOU!! Jenny Quote

phoenixjen Posted July 11, 2021 Author Posted July 11, 2021 When I make a file for Design Space for Cricut (SVG) I always have issues where the image does not show up when I upload it (into DS). I need to know what I'm doing wrong when I add images into my design. I have other designs that have the same curves/layers for the images on those files but this one won't work. Thanks for your help!! Prayer Warrior.afdesign Quote
firstdefence Posted July 11, 2021 Posted July 11, 2021 The sword is Fill so it's a bitmap image - raster and will pixelate when zoomed in see fig1 and see fig2. and fig3. Fig1. Fig2. Fig3. firstdefence Posted July 11, 2021 Posted July 11, 2021 I've created the sword as a vector for you, I did this by tracing one side of the sword with the pen tool, duplicating, flipping and boolean adding the two halves together. This should import correctly in Cricut Design Space (DS) now.
