M.S. Word has an advanced option "Don't expand character spaces on lines that end with Shift + Return. I am looking for a way to apply the same option in Publisher, but I can't find it. Can you help me?

You mean spaces between words? Not a function I am aware of in APu. But there is a workaround: Type in a tab before the Shift+Return. If this is not comfortable enough, you can do this with Find and Replace.

Just for search purposes for others who may have the same problem, it sounds like you're talking about justification settings, specifically Justify Left, which will fully justify all lines within a paragraph except the last one.

When you use a Line Break (Shift+Return) on a line within a paragraph, it, too, will be fully justified as it is not the last line of the paragraph.  The Tab idea is a good one to avoid that, and probably the simplest one.

Another alternative: Break the paragraph, with a simple Return. Then the line is the last line of the paragraph, and it won't be justified. But this approach may require you to adjust your paragraph or paragraph text style settings, specifically the "Space After" or "Space Before" values, or to assign a different Paragraph Text Style to the new paragraph you'll create.
