You can, in several ways. Here are some (assuming you're using a desktop browser, or a big enough tablet, as the interface is different for small screens):

1. Find any post you've made, and hover over your avatar, then click on Find Content.
   
    
2. If that gives you too many results, do a forum search and type a one or more words you would have used, or a phrase in quotes ("phrase"):
   
   
   When you get the results, if there are too many, click on More Search Options:
   
   which will give you this, where you click on Search By Author:
   
   
   which will give you this, where you type your username and select it from the list:
   
   which will give you this:
    
   and finally, at the bottom of the page, click on Search Content.

Simply click on my attachments from the dropdown list on your profile. (top right corner)

This will bring up a thumbnail list of all your posted content
