Is there a way you can swap a Windows Designer download for a Mac Designer download? Windows key was purchased over a year ago. Bought a new Mac and now I can't use the PC version.

Thanks :)

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @Sgstratax.

No, the licenses are for a single OS family, either Windows or Mac or iPad, and cannot be exchanged after the 14-day return period. You'll need to purchase a new license.

I was looking for an answer to that question, too. Unfortunately, all the sources I've found contend it's impossible. No exchange will help you exchange licenses for different operating systems. So you'll have to buy a Mac Designer. I hope this doesn't upset you too much.
I used to have an old MacBook that I had Mac Designer on. This year I wanted to give myself a gift. So I bought a new gaming computer with the most powerful hardware I had. And the first thing I realized was that the Designer version wouldn't turn on with the windows 11 license I bought with the new computer. Yeah, S happens.

Nice try @Piersqsw but links to that site (now removed) are bound to cause suspicion, and you are not a customer and you are not really making any sense in the context of our software.

Bye

Yeah S happens quite fast sometimes
