Multitouch canvas rotate does not work

Multitouch rotate does not work on asus rog x13 - I can only pan using three fingers, zoom using two fingers - cannot rotate canvas using two fingers.

I suppose it shoud work that way - I've tested Concepts.app - zoom and rotating using two fingers works as expected - smooth zoom and fluid rotation to any canvas position.
