Hi, very very simple request.

I use Affinity a lot for designing templates and project outlines, with unique assets etc. However, what I use it most for is adjusting pdf's and other svg file formats. One advantage of Adobe Illustrator was that if you opened up a PDF file and then, for example, pasted in some text and changed font etc. you could then save it as the same pdf file. However, in Affinity, if you press save, it will only save as the affinity file itself or have you export and then overwrite. This is time-intensive and a little silly. I would appreciate being able to just save as the same file type I edited (maybe a setting to turn this feature on and off for the people who like everything to be saved as a separate "Affinity" file?).
