Randomly, I am unable to get the table editor to come up, in other words double clicking on the table doesn't show the column and row handles where you can resize the columns, or delete rows etc; Quite frustrating.

Sometimes I am select the table and then click the table tool, OR double click the table, and this would then show the additional controls, but for example this stopped working suddenly in the middle of trying to edit a document.

Seems random and buggy;

The only way i can regain the ability to double click a table and get the row and column controls to show is to quit the program and restart it; and then it may just randomly stop working at any point.

the 2nd issue is that I can't set the text color on any content - the font color in the top bar has no effect on the color of the type in the table. No matter what i do, i can't get the font color in the table to change.

Hi @HolzmanEngine,

Welcome to the forum

You can turn on the Table studio from the Studio section of the View menu then dock this to one of the panels on the left or right sides of the screen and it will always be available.

To change the colour of the text you will nee to use the font colour option on the text context toolbar or from the swatches studio,

I second HolzmanEngine's Table Editor issue.

I know I can "work around it" with a menu bar command but it doesn't hold nearly the same value.

Also, even the menu bar option will not let me Sort a selection of line items in my table.

Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi... you're my only hope.
