Aff.Photo hangs up , no work possible

Hello, I use Affinity on the Mac and on Windows.
For the Mac, the purchased version 1.9.3. On Windows, the app from the Windows Store version 1.9.2. 
I don't remember if I had purchased this or if it was free.

On Windows, the program hangs immediately when I want to open images. No work is possible and I have to quit the program.

On the Mac everything runs very well.

Is the error on Windows perhaps due to the outdated version? And where can I get an update?

Please write simple answers, I live in Germany and my English is not good.

Schalte die Hardware-Beschleunigung in Einstellungen >> Performance von Affinity Photo aus, starte das Programm neu und versuche es erneut. Alternativ kannst du auch die neueste Beta ausprobieren. Als Information für die Entwickler, die hier mitlesen: Welche Grafikkarte verwendest du und sind die neuesten Grafiktreiber installiert?
