Opening a TIF File Is Very Pixalated

Hi

I have an older Canon camera and its RAW files are TIF (NOTE that is ONLY ONE 'F') and when I open it in Photo it is very pixalated 

As seen in the screen shot attached.

Is there anyway of opening these files without them being pixalated?

The corresponding Jpegs are fine its just the TIF ones that are not.

I did open it in the Photo persona first then moved to the Develop one but that changed nothing.

Hi @Knikki,

We don't exactly support EOS-1D or any RAW files that are TIF, so this is expected. You can try and rename the tif to cr2 and try opening it with Apple RAW engine from Develop Assistant as a workaround. But there is no native support for RAW TIF.

I had a feeling that might be the case as the EOS-1D is a little on the old side 😄 , I will try to rename the file to .cr2 and see what happens.

As a side note I did try the rename the file to cr2 and worked it opened and now no longer pixilated.
