Wernerlo Posted July 8, 2021 Share Posted July 8, 2021 Hallo zusammen, ich nutze Windows 11 auf meinen Surface 7 und habe seither mit Affinity Photo das Problem, dass das Programm zwar öffnet, aber leide keine Bilddateien mehr hochlädt / öffnet. Es hängt sich dabei immer auf. In der oberen Leiste erschent zwar "eine Datei wird geladen" aber leider tut sich heirbei nichts und das Programm steht still. Deaktiviere die Hardwarebeschleunigung in Einstellungen >> Performance in Affinity Photo, starte das Programm neu und versuche es erneut. Damit es komplett ist: Welche Grafikkarte verwendest du und sind auch die neuesten Treiber installiert?
