tyler k Posted July 7, 2021 Posted July 7, 2021 I purchased affinity photo while it was 50% off. I waited till yesterday to install it, which I feel could be the problem because it said my email or code were wrong (which i double checked) how should I proceed? Quote
walt.farrell Posted July 7, 2021 Posted July 7, 2021 Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums, @tyler k. If you can't resolve it here, you can email affinity@serif.com for more detailed assistance, as you should not expose your email address, product key, etc. here in the forums. If you made the purchase from the Affinity Store, you should have received an email from Serif giving you a product key. This would be different from the product key you received previously that enabled the Trial version. Make sure you enter that new product key, and the correct email address. You would be able to confirm the product key and email in your account at the Affinity Store, at https://affinity.store/account/downloads On the other hand, if you purchased from the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store you would not get a new product key. In that case, you just uninstall the trial version, and install from the store you used, and it is tied to your account at that store.
