Alfred Posted July 6, 2021 Posted July 6, 2021 Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @Lorelei. Where did you save the file from, and in what way is it corrupted? From a brief inspection it looks OK when I open it in Affinity Designer. Lorelei Posted July 6, 2021 Author Posted July 6, 2021 I "published" it as a .pdf to post on our web site. I have numerous other Affinity pdf files on the site that all open fine. This one won't open. The Fatcow team says the file is corrupted. I just don't know how to fix it. Quote
Old Bruce Posted July 6, 2021 Posted July 6, 2021 That PDF looks okay to me other than the JPEG artifacts on some of the images. I expect that is because they are rather low resolution JPEGs. Perhaps that file was corrupted during the upload, rare but it does happen. Try with the one you posted here. uneMule Posted July 6, 2021 Posted July 6, 2021 Bonsoir @Lorelei, tout à fait d'accord avec le commentaire de @Alfred et la suggestion de @Old Bruce. RAS hormis une compression un peu ravageuse. Good evening @Lorelei, totally agree with @Alfred's comment and @Old Bruce's suggestion. Nothing to return except for a bit of devastating compression. Lorelei Posted July 6, 2021 Author Posted July 6, 2021 Thanks, all. It doesn't seem to matter how much I compress the file. It still won't open on our web site. I'm baffled. And frustrated. 😕 Quote
Lorelei Posted July 6, 2021 Author Posted July 6, 2021 I attached the wrong file earlier. Sorry. This is the one giving me headaches. Jun2021 test.pdf Quote
uneMule Posted July 6, 2021 Posted July 6, 2021 @Lorelei Hormis le lien Facebook page 7 qui semble tronqué, rien à signaler. Désolé. Apart from the Facebook link on page 7 which seems to be truncated, nothing to report. Sorry. Lorelei Posted July 7, 2021 Author Posted July 7, 2021 Thank you, Walt. The Affinity problem was solved this morning. Turns out the file I uploaded was named slightly different than the one in the File Manager so it couldn't locate the file. walt.farrell 1 Quote
