Corrupted Affinity Designer File

I was editing my file on affinity designer yesterday however this morning, when I try to open the file it states that the file is corrupt. I can open other affinity designer files just not this file which i really need. I am using Windows 10

 

I was wondering if anyone knows how to recover my file so that I can continue editing the file

1. Which Operating System are you using?
Windows 10
2. Which version of Affinity did the file last get saved in?

3. What drive type was the file last saved to (select more than one if needed)?
Local disk
USB disk/Flash disk
Google Drive folder
OneDrive folder
iCloud folder
Dropbox folder
Network location
Other (please specify)

4. Any other information you think would help us try to find the problem?

We suggest that you check to see if you have any backups of the document available in case we’re unable to recover the file. The investigation process can take some time, but we’ll be back in contact with our findings.

The version of affinity was 1.9.2

The drive type the file was last saved to a Western Digital External Hard Drive

I'm missing one of your fonts on my PC but the document looks to be all there
