Chris1239847493 Posted July 6, 2021 Posted July 6, 2021 Hi, I am trying to cancel a trial as my administrator will not allow access to affinity as we have now decided to use Adobe. So I am trying to cancel my trial, but your website has decided not to accept a change of password request claiming that no account exists, which is weird as I have the product key. At the end of the trial period access to whichever Affinity app(s) you have will simply be lost and it/they will no longer run.
