I use Affinity Photo for astrophotography, so naturally I use the "new astrophotography stack" tab quite often. This problem is consistent with green and blue FITS files, while Luminance, Red, HA, OIII, and SII have no issue. After adding the blue and green FITS files and selecting the hot pixels, I click on the "Stack" button. It goes through the process of stacking the images, but after completing, the blue "apply" button does not light up. Thus, I am unable to convert blue and green FITS files into layers for editing.

These files I have are downloaded from telescope.live, and I have inquired to them about this same issue, as I am unsure whether it is an issue with the specific files and telescope.live (since they all come from a specific CCD camera) or if it is a bug/issue with Affinity Photo v1.9.3. If there is anyone with similar experiences, I would love to hear if you have found a way to resolve this issue. If it is needed, I am running macOS Big Sur v11.4 on a Macbook Pro.

Hey Jason Covaney, welcome to the Affinity Forums.

I have been unable to reproduce this in the 1.10 beta as I believe there have been some fixes for this (as well as many other Astro fixes). I would recommend trying the beta which will install alongisde the retail version.

Note that Andy does suggest to use this in preference of the retail version if you are hitting any known issues.
