Patch tool problem in LAB format

Working in LAB and the Patch tool behaved oddly when I tried to replace a rock. OpenCL acceleration off. I had cropped the image. Nothing odd in Log.txt. Switched back to RGB and it seemed fine. Same problem in the retail version. I can get around it by using the patch tool in RGB then switching to LAB.
