I am using the most updated Windows 10 OS and Affinity 1.9.2.  Suddenly, I am no longer able to export or open files.

When opening files, it takes more than several minutes to load the image.  I cannot exit and have to hard kill it using task manager.

When I am able to open files, it cannot export files (tried jpg and png).  It runs through the export dialogue and seems to save, except when I check the location, it's not there.  I've tried changing to different locations and using different images.

I've also tried uninstalling/reinstalling and restarting without any luck.... Any tips???  I had to switch back to Photoshop to work....

And check if you have enough space left. I have experienced that once, on an external drive, that the space left was to small for the file. No error message, but also no file…..
