3 Major questions im having with Affinity right now. please help.

1. I Don't see my product nor did I receive any type of email or receipt for my purchase.

2. I had bought Affinity Photo and Affinity Designers twice by accident and would like to return them and just keep one cope of each. (i as having problem with my bank and the website not telling me that I had already purchased it.)

3. How long does it  take to reach out to Affinity trough their email they tell us to use?

If someone can help, it'll be greatly appreciated

If you bought from the Affinity web site, then possibly your sale was not completed. You can email affinity@serif.com for assistance, providing them further information about your purchase.

The staff at affinity@serif.com may be able to help with that, too, whole they're helping you with problem 1.

You'd get the best service to the email during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 8-5 (UK time), I think. I haven't personally tried it evenings or weekends, so I'm not sure how often the email is monitored then.
