Good Morning,

I'm trying to figure out my account name from when I signed up and purchased your product. There must have been a typo in my email address and now I can not log in to the product on my computer. I have my bank records to confirm purchase, but no emails were sent to my account because of the typo of generating my account in your application.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

The other possible explanation is that you purchased from the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store or the iPad Store, rather than the Affinity Store. In that case, you might not have an account at all with Serif for your application purchase.

But if you did purchase directly from Serif via the Affinity Store you can email affinity@serif.com and they will be able to help you.

Or, you might try opening the application, and then the application Preferences, and clicking on Miscellaneous. If you're lucky you might find the email address at the top of the Miscellaneous settings, depending on which release of the application you're running.
