"Apply to all" keyboard shortcut option not working (AD, AP, & possibly in Windows too)

As mentioned here, the "Apply to all" option does not seem to be working for many shortcuts that appear in more than one persona in the 1.9 version apps.

I did not test this extensively but among others the shortcuts to show the Assets, Color, Effects, & Glyph Browser Studio panels do not honor the "Apply to all" option. However some do, like for View Mode > Vector & New View.

Hi R C-R,

From what I can see it is only the Studio Panels this doesn't seem to be working with. I've tried a few from a series of different menu (Such as the App Name, File, Layers, Select and View) and the only objects that wasn't working were the Studios. I even tried the Rotate Left/Right option as the original person mentioned and that was also fine. 

I'll get this passed on to development however.

I did a bit more testing & I agree that seems to be the only place it does not work.
