Serif is not responsible for graphics card drivers. I recommend, if you have not already done so, to completely uninstall the existing graphics card drivers. The best way is to use the Display Driver Uninstaller. Then install the current drivers (471.11). If this does not help, try the beta version of APhoto. If this does not help either, deactivate hardware acceleration in APhoto under Preferences --> Performance --> Hardware acceleration. Staff Chris B Posted July 1, 2021 Staff Posted July 1, 2021 Hey Mr Skurvodaktyl, We have nothing to do with the drivers - I have a 3080 and it works fine. I'd suggest either fully removing the installed drivers you have as opposed to updating them. If you've gone from a 1660 Super to a 3080 Ti and then switched between the Studio/Game Ready drivers it might just need gutting (if you haven't already). I'd give something like DDU a try to make sure all traces are gone. Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
