Re: Haze Removal feature

Recommended Posts

I have just downloaded Affinity Photo for Mac, having looked at a number of tutorials before doing so. Having travelled to China, I have a number of photos that could usefully use the Haze Removal feature. However, that does not appear when I search in the App. I guess that this is because it is still in Beta mode. Any idea, when this feature, will be incorporated into my App, or any suggestions how I can remove Haze, prior to any update. Ironic, that the first thing that I attempt to use, is not available.

Hi p_mac,

Thanks for the tip, but having downloaded from the App Store, I would presumably be compromising myself with Apple, if anything went wrong. When will the beta version be an upgrade, as I may be better to wait for that, or am I being over cautious?

The beta apps are totally separate apps from the Mac App Store (MAS for short) versions and will install as such.
You can work with the beta versions just as you would the MAS versions without the need to have the MAS version running.
But for the betas to function you MUST KEEP the MAS version that you originally purchased installed.

The betas can be downloaded from these forum pages;
