Hi,

In Publisher 1.9.3, when I use the "Create Palette from Image" option from the Swatches panel, the default number of colors is 5.  I select an image and click on the "Preview" button in the dialog box, and 5 colors are correctly displayed.  If I then change the number of requested colors by moving the slider, clicking the "Preview" button displays the newly-requested number of colors.  However, if I click in the input control to the right of the slider, where the numeric digits are displayed, and change the value there, clicking the "Preview" button doesn't change the number of displayed colors.  By experimentation, I found out that if I tabbed away from the numeric entry input control before clicking "Preview", the color display is updated to show the newly-requested number of colors.  To me, this is unexpected behavior, as most input controls that work like this (selecting "number of copies" in a print dialog, for example") commit the value in a numeric input control on loss of control focus.  I had originally thought that this was a bug, until I discovered the workaround.

Thanks,

Ken
