So when I first import an image into affinity photo, it’ll gets darkened, like so:  293F64CC-B810-4BBE-B3F2-6CD5E48BA4F3.thumb.png.97d4dbde49c08faa047ec48616027bca.png

After discard and import it again, issue fixed. EFBEBA58-876A-4B05-86EE-8EC77B7E092C.thumb.png.71f2e7d9d29399c077cc13356acf0c6b.png

It’s not unworkable but quite annoying to work with, slows my work.

(Both drag-drop from file and import from photo tested, same issue)

I’m using an iPad Pro (12.9 first version)

Hi @Hanzhangand Welcome to the Forums,

I've not been able to replicate this using a RAW file from the same model camera.

Could you try changing the RAW engine and see if that helps.  To do this, go into Preferences for Affinity on on General tap the Assistant Options button and now change the RAW engine from Apple RAW to SerifLABS (or Apple RAW to SerifLABS) and then try opening one of your RAW files again.
