I click on My Account, then Register Now, then Open sign-in page, then Complete sign-in, and I get an error screen: We're sorry Something went wrong during registration or sign in Server reported error (code 400.registration.complete:session- not-valid): Unknown error 400.registration.complete: session- not-valid[trace: EROE1P58DZM6H96B6] If I open Affinity Photo and go to My Account it shows that I have downloaded the textures and brushes that come with Affinity Designer, but my Downloads and product keys page on store.serif.com says "You will receive this free kit automatically when you register your app after install" next to all of these products. What now? How do I register Affinity Designer? Quote

Delighted to be using Affinity Designer, Photo, and now Publisher, version 1 and now version 2. iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 18.2) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps.

Since these forums exist primarily to provide support to users, many of whom encounter similar problems, it’s not helpful if a user who posts about a problem and subsequently solves it simply removes the question they posed. Frank Van Atta Posted July 4, 2021 Author Posted July 4, 2021 I found the solution; first I closed all internet browsers, then tried signing in from the My Account icon in Affinity Designer again. It worked, and I was able to register the product. Quote
