LogoLogics
Hi, I stumbled upon this new feature in Photoshop and wonder if this is or will be available too in Affinity photo?Colorize black and white photos instantly, and automatically:
R C-R
I doubt any neural capabilities like that will be added to AP any time soon. Such things generally require a lot of training of machine learning algorithms to work reasonably well. LogoLogics
Hi R C-R, Thanks for responding. Me, I transferred from adobe to Affinity about a year ago, and never looked back. My partner still sticks with adobe, and told me, see they are better hahaha. I said affinity will probably get this feature too, but not sure of course. Hope they will, maybe my partner flips too 😉
Granddaddy
I found PhotoShop Elements colorization to be extremely disappointing, not worth doing at all really. I had much better results from some online sites that provide automatic colorization for a price. Don't believe everything you see in product promotion videos.
