Pedro ghsfhfghfhs_a2 Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 Hi, Is anybody able to confirm if it is possible to apply a mask in this scenario? Basically, I have 3 images one on top of each other. I than grouped them together. These 3 images are a small part in a larger image as background. I am trying to apply a mask to erase a small area in the same spot to all 3 images (juxtaposed). It is also worthwhile mentioning that the 3 images are PNG with transparency and coloured areas. I bring in a test image with no transparency and it works but mask does not on the grouped images. Is this because I am using an images with transparencies or is it because I grouped the 3 images? Thank you. Quote
R C-R Posted June 27, 2021 Posted June 27, 2021 If I understand what you want correctly, can't you just create the mask layer & then drag it into the group, placing it so it becomes the top layer of the group of 3 images? AffinityJules Posted June 28, 2021 Posted June 28, 2021 An example of what R C-R suggested, placing a mask on top of a group. Is this what you are trying to do? Quote Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe. These are not my own words but I sure like this quote.
