As Designer splits color from transparency into 2 tools, i think this deserves its own name. As I understand it, this is not entirely accurate. Transparency tool is indeed a different tool, but the fill tool in Designer does the same thing as the gradient tool in Photo, including the ability to set the opacity of the color stops.
