Affinity Photo and Designer crashes at launch

Why version 1.9.2 of Photo and Designer is not working??

It gives an launch crash,it says:APPCRASH and KERNELBASE.dll.

The same happens with the beta.

Im using Windows 7 sp1.

I have to go back to the version 1.9.1 to work.

There are some known issues if you aren't using the most recent Windows 7 updates, do you have them installed?
