Is there a way to move all of my settings and all the fonts I have added from my old computer to the new one?

What kind of computer are they?

And do you really mean "all of your settings" or "all of the settings associated with Affinity Photo" (or some other Affinity application)?

Windows.  And I only mean affinity designer.  Not my entire computer, sorry for the lack of clarity.

Thanks for the clarification, The following FAQ article shows where in your file system the Affinity application settings can be found, which depends on where you purchased your application:

You should be able to copy the appropriate "user" folder from one Windows PC to the other, after you install the application on the new PC (and while it is not running).

You should also be able to copy the fonts you've installed from one system to the other, and reinstall them, but I don't have enough experience trying that to offer much advice. I would probably locate the font files I originally downloaded, copy them over, Open each, and select Install.
