Hi,

I download AP originally from the Microsoft store. If I completely uninstall AP can I re-download without having to pay again?

Background to the issue.

I have a Windows 10 machine that was working well with the 1.8n version of AP but now that I have the 1.9n version, I have real problems with curves adjustment and blend range curve adjustment. I reported this a few months ago in beta phase but no one was able to repeat the issue.    When I create a node I cannot slowly move them, sometimes I can if I move the mouse or pen quickly, which is really very annoying, obviously.  I can get assets and macros again, but what I really want is for AP to work.  If graphics acceleration is on or off it makes no difference.  I may uninstall the Wacom Tablet first, but my PC is used almost exclusively for photo work so cannot imagine what is causing this problem.

Yes - use your original username / password and you can reinstall AP without paying again.

Your purchase is permanently linked to your Microsoft account. You can therefore install/reinstall the app, on any Windows 10 machine that you own or control, as often as you like.

Thanks, I don't think I got a password for it, I did for the Mac version.  But as answered in a later reply, I think Microsoft knows I bought it so will not ask for payment.  I hope!

As with the Microsoft Store version, the Mac App Store version is tied to your account (via the Apple ID that you use to log in to the MAS) and therefore doesn’t need a product key. An Affinity Store app, for either Mac and Windows, has a product key which is permanently tied to the email address used at the time of purchase: that key can be retrieved by logging in to your Affinity Store account.
