Fill tool

I make easy stright metal pipe with fill tool. But How can I do some more comlpicated bended pipe? Can I use fill tool on shape like under first pipe?

This is only possible with a vector brush. Pipe.afdesign Pipe.afbrushes

Or you might like to try a Contour Outline Effect, see attached video.
Note: The ends of the lines may need to be ‘blocked-off’ somehow, if necessary, as the outline effect always produces a rounded outline.
