oracle Posted June 25, 2021 Posted June 25, 2021 I've ordered the Affinity workbook and chose to have it delivered to a different address in a different country because they don't deliver to my location. However, whilst I was placing the order, wrong name got pulled from my account (my own name). I'm having it delivered to my mother in law's house and wished to put her name for the delivery. I've contacted the support via email, but they probably won't answer over the course of the weekend and I have no idea how long it takes them to dispatch my order and if it will be possible for them to change the name of the recipient in time. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How can this be resolved quickly? Quote

Your timing is unfortunate, (a) I think email contact is the way to go for this problem and (b) there probably won't be anyone monitoring the email address until Monday. I'm not sure which email address you used, but if it wasn't affinityorders@serif.com you might send a copy to them, too (letting them know which other address you also wrote to). Yes, I contacted them on that email, so it should reach the right people. Just hope it's in time. Quote
oracle Posted July 6, 2021 Author Posted July 6, 2021 Yes, actually! Andy from Support reached out on Sunday and sorted everything out. My order was dispatched on Monday and it reached my mother in law on Thursday, a day earlier, which I was really happy about. The workbook is with me now since she travelled to my country on Saturday and brought it with her. You shouldn't have to worry about ordering the book. I made the mistake of clicking 'Yes' when I was asked if I wanted to register whilst placing the order and it pulled my name. Just make sure to write the correct name when ordering. Quote
