Stefan.O Posted June 25, 2021 Posted June 25, 2021 Hi everyone, Apologies if this has been asked before but I quite often calibrate RAW files using colour checker and was wondering where do I find the white colour picker to select my swatch similar to photoshop? Also if I have multiple RAW files opened does the white balance update to every single open raw file? Thanks Quote

No. I can save the White Balance for one image I am developing in a preset but I then have to apply that preset to each subsequent file I develop. This is a great flaw in Photo's Develop Persona. NotMyFault Posted June 25, 2021 Posted June 25, 2021 This tool is really hidden. It never came into my sight, as i always look at the white balance adjustment in the "basic" panel. Thank you for pointing this out.It would be really great if Affinity could waste some real estate and copy the "picker" as clickable symbol (from Photo Persona) into the basic panel. I choose the White Balance tool and then click on the part of the image which is actually white (in real life, not the image's rendering on the screen which could be blueish or yellowish or even greenish). Helps if you have an actual neutral grey or white card in the photo. This will shift the colours to make that part white and all the other colours will shift by the same amount.
