I cannot add a phone Hyperlink

So I do not know why but I cannot add a phone Hyperlink, even if I add tel:<phone_number> it just will not work 😕

If you create a Hyperlink and tell Publisher that it is a URL, and create it starting with "tel: " (note the space after the ":"), and then the phone number, it should work.

Note that:

1. Hyperlinks only work in PDF files; and
2. By default, they do not work if you use the PDF (for Pint) or PDF Press-Ready export presets. Those presets have "Include Hyperlinks" turned off in the "More..." part of the export dialog as hyperlinks don't make sense in a printed PDF. You can enable them using the More... dialog, though.

What am I doing wrong? Here is what I enter but when I try to export the page I get an error message.

That was it! The post before said to add the space. Removing the space worked. 

 

adding commas also helped me automatically drill down to the correct department when calling that number (e.g. 18005551212,,,,3,1 = calling the number, pausing a bit for the welcome message before selecting option 3 then option 1)
