I am unable to download the windows version of Affinity Designer due to a message that keeps saying "Failed - Network Error". Please refund my purchase if the network does not allow this download. If you want a refund and if you purchased directly from Serif's Affinity Store (not the Microsoft Store) you can email affinityreturns@serif.com for assistance. However, the issue is most likely not a problem with the Serif website. It is probably an issue somewhere in the network between you and Serif, or a problem with your browser, or a problem with the firewall or antivirus or anti-malware programs that you're running. First I would try a different browser.
