R C-R Posted June 22, 2021 Posted June 22, 2021 Since you mentioned Photoshop, I will assume you are using Affinity Photo. Create the mask layer, for example by clicking on the mask icon at the bottom of the Layers panel. With the mask layer selected in the Layer panel, switch to the Gradient Tool & draw out your gradient on the mask. The process is the same for Affinity Designer except the tool is called the Fill Tool.
