Text in CYMK can't be changed to 100%K when being exported to PDF

Hi!

I have a question concerning the colours. I want to export my file to pdf-format because I'd like to have it printed in a printing house. 

I use CYMK and PSO Uncoated ISO12647. My file includes a text layer which should appear in 100% K/ Black in the end. I have tried to use adjustment/selective color on that text layer but in the end it doesn't work. 

Do you have any ideas?
