For some publicity documents I use a coloured background image that I occasionally change the colour of using Affinity Photo.  When using the .afphoto version of the image, in Publisher, and then exporting the document with bleed the original colour of the image shows on the top and left sides of the bleed width. See Demo1 file.  The original image colour was burgundy that I changed to deep blue, you can see that the top left and left-hand 3mm bleed is showing the original burgundy colour.  I tried various options to stop this such as increasing the size of the image, using the background image in the master page.  Nothing worked.  As I was working to a deadline I had to fix it which I achieved by going back to Photo, saving the image as a jpg and using that in Publisher as the background.

Notes: I have seen this problem in earlier versions of Publisher (can't remember how I got around it then).  I am using 1.9.3 Publisher (and 1.9.3 Photo).  Running on a Mac mini with Mac OS 11.4.  I export the document as pdf, when exporting without the bleed it looks fine.
